QUEENS BOTANICAL GARDEN

QUEENS, NY

QBG was working on a new master plan for their gardens in this culturally-rich neighborhood. As part of that project, I designed their new wayfinding system as well as various other graphics around the garden. In addition I designed a series of large-scale panels for the construction fence which told the story of the Garden and Master Plan. I typeset the wayfinding and story of the Garden in 4 languages, and other design elements in over 15 languages. My scope also allowed me to bring in and art direct a botanic illustrator for these beautiful sign backgrounds and the garden map.

There were four different botanical backgrounds on the wayfinding blades throughout the Garden, this one being Ginkgo.
